Julian was interviewed on a Bruny Island beach as to why its so important to collect North Pacific sea star (Asterias amurensis).

I have picked up like 40 or 50 something, I have picked up two piles right now. The sea country is special. It's good to look at, and when you're swimming, you want to see the good sea stars and all the fish and.

I'm Collecting sea stars, but also walking there. Because they are bad sea stars and they're actually bad for the environment.

And some people really like fishing so. But these can eat lots of the seaweed and then there wouldn't be that much fish.

The beach is pretty. And I'm lucky that I found all these sea stars and picked some up. And then I'm gonna throw them all in the bush.
