Bruny Youth Story Prize

Bruny Island
Bruny Youth Story Prize entry-The thing about birds written by Lilly Wise Aged 10

We do not live in Bruny Island, but we often go there to look at the birds. At this place called Inala nature. There are so many birds there but one of the birds sticks out to me and that is a Pink Robin or should I say Petroica rodinogaster
A fun fact about the Pink Robin They weigh about the same as a teaspoon of sugar (7–9 grams).

I love sugar but mum says that I should not eat to much otherwise i'll get sick. Any way back to the spectacular bird, we were talking about the Pink Robin, right? I was confused because there is so many great birds out there but the one that stands out to me the most is the Pink Robin and that is why I have entered this competition because all my family is passionate about nature that is including me.
