Mischa Cushing is a sea kayak guide and outdoor educator in Tasmania, Australia.
Background
Mischa grew up in Hobart, Tasmania, and has had a strong connection to the outdoors from a young age. Mischa has a keen interest in natural places and outdoor activities, with a focus on sea kayaking, hiking and trail riding. After completing his Certificate in Adventure Guiding and Outdoor Recreation in 2017 he began working as a sea kayak guide around Tasmania with Roaring 40s Kayaking, working extensively in Bathurst Harbour and Port Davey in Tasmania's South West. Having completed his Bachelor of Outdoor Education and Environmental Science at Victoria University in 2023, Mischa works as a freelance outdoor educator as well as continuing as a sea kayak guide for Roaring 40s Kayaking.
