The Neck Beach campground is a sheltered non-powered campsite located just behind the magnificent neck beach – a long open beautiful beach that connects north and south Bruny.

The campground offers sheltered campsites behind sand-dunes, in coastal eucalypt forest, and close to the neck Penguin Rookery. Walks, surfing, and swimming are easily accessible from the campground, including a medium walk to Bligh Rocks or long splendid walk to Cape Queen Elizabeth

The neck campground is approx. 3km south of the Neck Lookout. From the Roberts Point Ferry Terminal drive south on the B66 for approx. 27km to the turnoff left to the Neck Beach campground. Coming from South Bruny – drive north approx. 9km from Alonnah on the B66, or drive north 9km from Adventure Bay on the C630 then B66 to the Neck Beach Campground.

Parks is contactable 10am-4pm Monday to Friday

Key info

$10 for 1 or 2 people per night. Each additional adult $5 per night. Each additional child (5-17, under 5 no charge) - $2.50 per night. Family (2 adults, 3 children) - $15 per night.
