Snow Leopard hunts Markhor

This short clip from the BBC illustrates the rare Snow Leopard hunting the Markhor, a species of goat native to the Himalayas

The Markhor are a large species found in the Hindukush and Himalayas. This species of goat is the national animal of Pakistan, and a herd of more than a thousand Markhors frequent the magnificent Tooshi Game Reserve, in Chitral.

In this clip from the BBC's planet Earth (Series 1, Episode 2, 2017) Markhor's can be seen fighting, and then subsequently fleeing from the elusive Snow Leopard, one of the Markhor's natural predators.
